Pros

I truly enjoy working at Reeb. This is a growing company with lots of room for advancement. The upper management is good at listening to their employee's and wants to change and help grow the company. When management sees potential they will not hold back on promoting that employee. Reeb just built a new building with all new equipment and do not hesitate to invest in the company and to invest in employees.

Cons

There are some growing pains at the moment from the growth the company is experiencing nothing that is to bad and management is changing to become better

You get paid weekly You can get drunk or high on breaks

Cons

Employees get drunk/high on breaks and return to work and operate tools/machinery Supervisors won't respond to reports of drug/alcohol abuse unless someone is literally involve multiple supervisors and the abuser is falling all over the place and laying out on the company lawn If you have a kid and use maternity leave you become a target. Bonus structure has become non existent for labor personnel, combining shop with warehouse(creating a us vs them environment) meanwhile Sales and Supervisors make over $4k/yr in bonuses Nepotism is abundant Management has little to no communication and will intentionally mislead Absolute safety hazards everywhere, especially fire hazard and warehouse hazards Place is a pigsty
