REEB and contracts its not what you think after a year they did not do the papper work to give mine so after the wear and tear on a body they dont need you oh Honesty Integerty Rrespect and REEB fans if u dont have 1 u lost mine nice working for a year with a bunch of lies

Cons

Start at the top work the way down not the plnt manger eather the other one to many bodys favortisime in the shop

You get paid weekly You can get drunk or high on breaks

Cons

Employees get drunk/high on breaks and return to work and operate tools/machinery Supervisors won't respond to reports of drug/alcohol abuse unless someone is literally involve multiple supervisors and the abuser is falling all over the place and laying out on the company lawn If you have a kid and use maternity leave you become a target. Bonus structure has become non existent for labor personnel, combining shop with warehouse(creating a us vs them environment) meanwhile Sales and Supervisors make over $4k/yr in bonuses Nepotism is abundant Management has little to no communication and will intentionally mislead Absolute safety hazards everywhere, especially fire hazard and warehouse hazards Place is a pigsty
