Cons

Working there is a popularity contest. You don't advance by hard work or ability. They have around 70 people working in the same room like some 3rd world telemarketing firm. Because of this setup, most of the employees spend a majority of their time socializing. Not a place for people who are serious about their career.

You get paid weekly You can get drunk or high on breaks

Cons

Employees get drunk/high on breaks and return to work and operate tools/machinery Supervisors won't respond to reports of drug/alcohol abuse unless someone is literally involve multiple supervisors and the abuser is falling all over the place and laying out on the company lawn If you have a kid and use maternity leave you become a target. Bonus structure has become non existent for labor personnel, combining shop with warehouse(creating a us vs them environment) meanwhile Sales and Supervisors make over $4k/yr in bonuses Nepotism is abundant Management has little to no communication and will intentionally mislead Absolute safety hazards everywhere, especially fire hazard and warehouse hazards Place is a pigsty
