Pros

Reeb is an easy job. No experience needed, just hop in and optimize what spot they put you on the line. Rinse and repeat all day until you’re done with production. Opportunity is bare, you might be supervisor if you’re lucky enough.

Cons

Management is iffy. Seems like no upwards movement unless you polish the knob of upper management. Even if your department is as good as it’s ever been in the history of the company, you’re not getting anywhere unless management arbitrarily deems you worthy. Also, if you’re a hard worker you will be taken advantage of by the lazier workers, that gets annoying fast. Let’s talk about the bonus. You get a quarterly bonus. You don’t even get to see the whole bonus because they take around half and keep you hungry so you won’t leave them. Once a year they take all of the “halves” they’ve taken from your bonuses and give you one big bonus. It’s still not anything worth anything in 2023. When it comes to inclusion, it’s all old white folks in middle management. It’s tough to see since all of their workers are black/brown. Barely any colored representation in management.

Pros

You get paid weekly You can get drunk or high on breaks

Cons

Employees get drunk/high on breaks and return to work and operate tools/machinery Supervisors won't respond to reports of drug/alcohol abuse unless someone is literally involve multiple supervisors and the abuser is falling all over the place and laying out on the company lawn If you have a kid and use maternity leave you become a target. Bonus structure has become non existent for labor personnel, combining shop with warehouse(creating a us vs them environment) meanwhile Sales and Supervisors make over $4k/yr in bonuses Nepotism is abundant Management has little to no communication and will intentionally mislead Absolute safety hazards everywhere, especially fire hazard and warehouse hazards Place is a pigsty
