Family owned, growing, always hiring, open door policy, expanding, employees pleasant, location okay, making profits, good equipment, new warehouse, no weekends, 4 day work week

Cons

Interview process was a waste of time. Staff that interviews seems unorganized.

You get paid weekly You can get drunk or high on breaks

Cons

Employees get drunk/high on breaks and return to work and operate tools/machinery Supervisors won't respond to reports of drug/alcohol abuse unless someone is literally involve multiple supervisors and the abuser is falling all over the place and laying out on the company lawn If you have a kid and use maternity leave you become a target. Bonus structure has become non existent for labor personnel, combining shop with warehouse(creating a us vs them environment) meanwhile Sales and Supervisors make over $4k/yr in bonuses Nepotism is abundant Management has little to no communication and will intentionally mislead Absolute safety hazards everywhere, especially fire hazard and warehouse hazards Place is a pigsty
