It is encouraging to hear that you experience your managers to be fair and reasonable. We have high expectations of our leaders and know that quality of leadership determines much of our day-to-day work experience.
As for salary, we continue to monitor market-based industry benchmarks to ensure that we remain competitive in this rapidly changing market. Furthermore, pay is a complex dynamic across multiple positions and levels, so we recently conducted a fresh internal analysis of our entire compensation structure.
