As every organization needs to continuously improve, we remain very encouraged that we have a broad spectrum of projects at REI that serve as inspiring best practices for others. In addition, our newly enhanced Delivery Excellence framework is proving effective as an internal guide for prioritized operational improvements in targeted areas at the project and program level.
We are disappointed to hear that you experienced gaps in our processes but this only further fuels our commitment to continuous improvement that will ensure mission impact over the coming decades.
