10yIt makes our day to hear from someone like you, and we thank you for your advice. As you know “making a difference” is a major feature of our company vision and we’re glad to know that you share our pride.
Technology-wise, we tend to move forward with and for our customers. We find that trying to apply the “latest and greatest” technologies to every project can cause our customers more problems than it solves. We move forward when we believe we’ve found a better solution for our customers.
We have been getting more work and recruiting more people. As a result we always have a need to modify our space and expand. This works best for us in the area where our HQ is located. We are very happy to have our REI family grow.
We’re working at improving our intra-company communication. We’re using every corporate communication tool to spread information as quickly and completely as possible. We’re still growing, so we’re still learning. Meanwhile, do keep on the look out for events!
