Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts, especially in terms of areas of suggested growth. While we do have a few product lines, the majority of our delivery teams work more in a service capacity, delivering customized mission impact for our public sector clients.
As for exposure to additional modules of Salesforce, we would encourage at least three independent avenues for pursuing these conversations: the Professional Development Team, the Delivery Services Team, as well as your account management. We certainly value team members who are proactive and forward-looking when it comes to how to best service our customers.
When it comes to work/life balance, this is a genuine value of ours, though we recognize that the relevant drivers are very project specific. So, we invite you to raise these issues not only within your direct project team but also with your next level management, as well as with other corporate teams (delivery, people, HR) to ensure that high-impact drivers of morale are well understood in a timely manner.
