Pros

I enjoy working at Repay because of the fully remote option, the benefits are okay, the medical insurance doesn't cover a ton of medications that are name brand so I'm having to pay out of pocket. PTO policy is good! Employee Stock Purchase Plan is a very nice benefit!

Cons

Growing company so can be stressful at times, but it's a good problem to have.
