Decent pay...middle mangers are terrified about job security, so they will be quick to dismiss ur concerns or tell you I agree but scared to go to C-level

Cons

Good ole boy community. C-LEVEL is just milking the company dry. Crap products. Crap integration.. clients are leaving in waves. No training.
