Pros

You will learn decent sales skills. You will become more comfortable with sales because you will be thrown into cold calling. Which is a good thing. I was able to land a great sdr job elsewhere within 3 months of starting at Revgen. So I left.

Cons

The ambience of management is very unsettling. This was one of the most disingenuous work environments I have ever been in. It eats away at you. They will micromanage you yet say they arent using a scripts and such. Its all bs. You have to suck up to management to be on their good side. Also the campaign you are put on decides how well you will do. Some campaigns are easy to book meetings for, some are like pulling teeth. Most days just felt so unpleasant.

This is your best shot at a successful career in software sales. You learn a lot about the industry and get exposed to A BUNCH of different SAAS companies that you can join after you finish your 4 months at REVGEN.

Cons

The dials can be tough but you've got to start somewhere.
