7yWhen you’re able to get time and consideration from business leaders, it’s a gift. You may not always like the advice or result of that conversation, but it certainly doesn't mean that you weren't heard or appreciated. We were extremely empathetic to parents and will continue to operate that way for others who have family obligations. For many of our employees, this is their first sales role, and we take a chance on them. The only way we can do that is to be upfront and transparent with our expectations. Everything we do is to help prepare you to be successful as you move forward. Our business model is also transparent, and yes, a portion of our revenue comes from staffing. Tying revenue to graduates means that we are held accountable to our employees for ensuring that they are successfully trained and find ongoing and exciting employment opportunities. If someone did not adhere to the minimum expectations in this entry level role, unfortunately this isn’t a good fit. We don’t believe in burning bridges, but you have to help us build a bridge first. We truly wish you success and opportunity, it’s the foundation we’re built on.
