Pros

Some of the people in middle management were pretty nice genuine people--but upper level is....not pretty. I will give credit where it is due, the opportunities seem decent after getting out of the program! If you can make it.

Cons

Predatory behavior on new hires. They pretty much just gather a bunch of people and see who gets lucky enough to kiss up to the next level. They have no tolerance for anyone who questions their patented process.

We have clear reason to believe that this was written by someone outside of our org who is using Glassdoor as retaliation for being denied an internal position. This review has been flagged and we are expecting Glassdoor to remove on grounds of their community guidelines being violated.

Pros

This is your best shot at a successful career in software sales. You learn a lot about the industry and get exposed to A BUNCH of different SAAS companies that you can join after you finish your 4 months at REVGEN.

Cons

The dials can be tough but you've got to start somewhere.
