Pros
Revgen helped me get my foot in the door for a sales career I never thought I would be able to enter into otherwise with no experience. I was able to learn the business in 4 months with hands on help along the way. Thanks to Revgen, I now have a full time job at a great company and I am one of the top performers on my team. The office culture is very supportive, fun, and welcoming.
Cons
It's a very tough program, and if you are not willing to sacrifice some of your time and energy to completely throw yourself into a new career, then this isn't the program for you. It's hard work, fast paced, and it takes a lot of guts to make outbound dials as is, so if you are not ready to change careers and put forth the effort, you will not see results. Learn from your managers and ask questions because they will do the best they can to see you succeed. That being said, this is all on you. You have to out the work in to get the results you would like.
