      Very generous discount and decent insurance options. Love all the people I have met.

      Cons

      Does not prioritize raises or promotions. Even if you get a raise, it's very minimal. Acts like company is strained for money, but shells out so much for influencers, events, etc. Don't feel they prioritize employees.
