Pros
-Perks (clothing discounts, parties, thursday lunches) -Laid back atmosphere -No dress code -Birthday potlucks - Pretty good about giving you the days off you want as long as they aren't during blackout dates.
Cons
- Favoritism - It's a new company so it's a hot mess. No one is ever on the same page. Management always tells us different answers to the same questions and its rare for them to agree on anything. Rules are ALWAYS changing and we aren't always told. Sometimes the customer finds out about certain promotions before we even know about them so it makes for an awkward conversation. - It's just a lot of stress and a lot of the people working there just gave up and are doing sub-par work. Which causes good employees issues since they are the ones that are left to clean up the mess.
