Worked 4 years and poor company values - Customer Service Representative REVOLVE Employee Review

If you think you're in the same company as what you see on Instagram, you are not. This department is separate and does not get the same travel or employee appreciation benefits. Worked there for 4 years and have only had 1 company party. Hard to move up, follows a customer handbook but all rules go out the door once a customer is upset, customer is always right and little loyalty to employees. Will always work on major holidays such as thanksgiving and xmas so you better hope your schedule does not fall on those days. Non existent PTO and forget about work life balance - Not a company you stay for the long run as your pay raise increases 0.00005% and huge turnover rate each year
