Pros
Profitable company in the fashion space that strikes a balance between luxury and accessibility. Marketing is cutting-edge. People are kind. CEOs have a clear vision and understanding of business. Engineering and technology are incredibly strong for the fashion space. Testing new things is encouraged. Refreshingly diverse (both ethnically and socio-economically). The employee discount is insanely good.
Cons
Pay is below the industry standard. Most employees lack ambition which can be stifling. HR is inefficient in hiring talent and keeping employees happy, and HQ is bare-bones and far from LA. Basically no benefits.
