UX Designer - User Experience Designer RF-SMART Employee Review

I was the UX Designer at RF-SMART for 3 years. During that time I met and worked with the finest programmers and managers I'd ever dealt with on a day-to-day basis. I kept waiting for the frustration to kick in or the enjoyment of coming in each day to wear off. It never did. The innovative ideas and sure direction from the CEO motivated me to keep at it. Each year I worked here earned a spot in the "Jacksonville Best Places to Work", and I felt it was deserved. Ideas are encouraged and pushed to be validated. That alone makes it stand out among the other places I'd worked. Frequent b-day parties, potlucks, happy hours, and a general sense of togetherness here.
