Pros
It's very clear to me that from the CEO down, the company cares about their employees. It starts with the recruiting and interview process, which can be a lengthy one. They take great pains to ensure that every person they hire is a great fit, both professionally AND culturally. Once hired, ICS offers their team members opportunities to grow professionally and personally to include training specific to the job, tuition reimbursement, Financial Peace University, Leadership Focus Group, Career Growth, Health & Wellness (including ways to discount your out-of-pocket health insurance premiums by participating in fitness challenges), and more. Culturally (speaking specifically of the Jacksonville office), ICS offers monthly birthday/anniversary office lunches, monthly chair massages, quarterly get-togethers, fruit 2 mornings a week, etc. Our break room has an Xbox and a Ping Pong table. We are encouraged to recognize our co-workers when they go out of their way to help us and award them with a company-provided $25 gift card. The CEO also has lunch with a small group of employees every week or so to give everyone an opportunity to share their thoughts with him.
Cons
The expectations are high, for both job performance AND fitting in culturally. Some may consider that a con.
