Pros
First of all, great culture! Won Jacksonville's Best Place to Work multiple years in a row. The founder and CEO are such down to earth people and takes good care of their employees. Awesome work life balance and your efforts do not go unrecognized. Benefits are better than average too. I spent almost 5 years working here and will do it all over again in a heartbeat.
Cons
Most of the departments are pretty mature and already have established processes but this company is growing like crazy and new practices are being created. So if you find yourself belonging to that department, make sure to identify areas of improvement and immediately suggest it to your manager.
