Pros
Great "family first" culture. High performing sales environment. They are interested in your development and success. They invest in you. Pay is decent. They want your input and ideas. Product is reputable and sales engine is well built to drive sales
Cons
Rapid growth has led to overworked resources who are stressed and unavailable. The business has not scaled to meet growth, though they are working on that now through hiring. There is micro management and pipeline discussions to be had through several layers of leadership on a weekly basis. Emails come in nonstop from leadership, even on Saturdays and Sundays. Comp plan is changing every year and they make it painful to request a raise. Not a lot of upward mobility in sales department.
