Pros
-Great culture and company ethos. -Quite a bit of freedom in your work, really feel we are treated as responsible people and not micromanaged at all! -Lots of variation in the work as customer needs can vary quite a bit. -Great management and leadership.
Cons
Initially when starting the time difference in the US office can mean you might be a little stuck but as you learn the job this becomes much less of an issue and you adapt. Some "growing pains" with regards processes but not unusual in these suituations
