* really nice, helpful and quality people *environment is great because of the people *high quality work that impacts our customers *ability to be able to make decisions and use my brain *growth and development is encouraged and opportunities to advance in my career. *Job security -- our company is family owned and while we are growing, they still treat us as family. We don't worry about being gobbled up or sold.
Cons
Moving to a brand new building in a year and uncertain about where it will be located and traffic/time to get to work. I live near work now so I will miss this location in Jacksonville.
