- Team members you can genuinely count on - Courteous, respectful, and fun atmosphere - Understanding of current short term goals/areas of improvement - Completely revamped onboarding process to better integrate new employees - Management is open to new ideas/processes - Management checks in on progress of new employees
Cons
It was difficult to assume some of the more complex responsibilities at first, but improvements were made and eventually felt confident in day to day tasks.
