Cons
The interview process can be long and may turn off a lot of people. I had 5 calls before flying to Jacksonville for my final interview where I met with 9 people. The benefit of course is that you're working with competent and like-minded teammates. The healthcare options aren't great. They offer an HSA and contribute a portion but it's still not a great plan if your family has recurring medical issues
