Pros
First, the people make the company and they make everyday a good day to come to work. We are relentless on only hiring good people. That matters. Second, everything else... a culture where we truly believe we are transforming our customers and we can do it even more and better tomorrow... next week... next year.
Cons
We are not a giant corporation with a different division for every resource an employee needs or wants. We must be more flexible and willing to help out than other work environments.
