Pros
This place seems to have it all. The people are top-notch, leadership seems solid, culture is great. We attended a quarterly meeting today that was for the entire company, recognizing teams and individuals who are doing great work. The Chairman recognized a long term team member and praised her for her 21 years of service. Another leader who is retiring soon shared how his life has changed during his 24 years working here. It is impactful to work at a place where people care.
Cons
I don't find it a "con" but I'm not sure the culture here is for everyone. The value "ever-expanding impact" indicates that everyone is constantly working to learn and get better. We all work hard and have very high standards we are looking to achieve.
