I've worked many places in many parts of the country, and none of those jobs compare to how well treated and valued I feel here. The work you do has the opportunity to make a difference in the company. Your expertise is valued and can be applied to helping customers and companies succeed. The office culture is fantastic, too. I like everyone at the office. They are friendly, helpful and very skilled. The company shows how much it cares about its employees in everything they do. The CEO is honest and straightforward, and drives the company in a way that's best for the employees and for customers, rather than shoving them aside for higher profits. This philosophy underpins everything we do. I just love it.
Cons
It can be hard to get talent to commute to the El Dorado Hills office, which is usually a requirement for most positions. However, its far enough away from the Sacramento metro area that the commute isn't bad at all.
