Pros
I was a part of RFgen software recently. I like that the vibe in the office . The employees are extremely friendly.
Cons
Management doesn’t value work life balance. It’s pathetic . You come under the scanner if you go for a vacation . Sometimes they also make you cancel your vacations after it’s approved. No effective way to communicate with the employee. Issues being raised also taken lightly .
