None that I can think of except that I no longer work there.
Cons
In my time working at RFgen, I witnessed 5 employees summarily terminated by the CEO. One mistake and you’re out. I was subsequently ‘fired’ for no reason. The CEO has zero regard for anything except greed. Mgmt are just powerless minions and yes men that have no voice. This place was a nightmare to work at. One peer threw me under the bus to save himself. There is no team work. Rfgen operates on competition not cooperation. I received no training. If you value your career, run away from this toxic place !
