Robust business growth trajectory, very large but privately owned so v nimble decision making, nice colleagues, long-term global focus, good salary esp for good performers, dynamic. Interesting diverse business and locations. Lots of potential waiting to be unleashed with new generation owners.
Cons
Poor HR management, corporate offices are v lacking in welfare and engagement, leaders are business-driven and don't know how to care for employees. Chauvinistic culture.
