I hesitated to write a review for months. Quite surprised there is no increase in reviews this half a year. Many people were forced to leave given all lots of reasons, saying don't suit company culture, unable to perform, when it's actually due to part of headcount cutting during CoVid.Basically reasons that are not heard of during appraisal but suddenly raised at final week before getting bonus letter. As such, bonus is withheld and forced to leave within a month in such bad times. Because staff are expected to WFH during CB, they force people to take leave while clearing deadlines and attending meetings at the same time. Once phase 1 starts, they put everyone on alternate day arrangements while many companies still WFH. Like one of the reviews, it's true they tell you to write your own resignation letter or terminate you. And those of you who think they can't terminate without reason, read the MOM law again. The place is very unstructured and bosses expect you to learn and answer them immediately once you are on board. Turnover is extremely high. If you don't mind a culture where people shout right in your face just because you do not reply emails within a day. Please join them at your own risk.
