Pros
- Alot of opportunities for people who want to be challenged and grow - People who are flexible and open minded will thrive in this fast paced environment - Company is growing alot in terms of investments globally - There are opportunities to be exposed to the very senior management and family members and able to see one's work make a direct impact to the bottom line - Opportunities are there to manage entire business units (local and overseas) for those who prove themselves
Cons
- Very unique and secretive senior management, at times bothering on illogical (i guess Indo families can be really secretive but it's up to them how to run things) - Leave benefits are terrible. Only 14 days for everyone including senior management (but honestly you wouldn't have time to take 14 days even. hurhur...) - Medical and dental benefits for oneself and family are acceptable though. - Most or all the time, there's too much workload per person whether junior or senior. Not enough bandwidth to focus and go deep on core strategies and responsibilities. (but if you can thrive here, any other company will be a walk in the park. You will be trained under grueling conditions to deliver more and outlast the rest cause many quit.) - The turnover rate here, not surprisingly, is very high! Many newcomers don't last beyond few years - some even quit less than 1 year! If you can't make the cut, you will quit soon. If you are really good and can thrive, likely you will be poached soon for much bigger packages elsewhere. - Overall negative comments on Glassdoor here... hurhur - Interview candidates keep asking about whether Glassdoor comments are real (I'm running out of politically correct answers already.) - Very very hard to attract the A-star caliber candidates cause of earlier comment (nuff said!)
