Pros
If you want to work very few hours, this is the job for you. Maximum daily hours is 6. When you apply, ask for the night shift. The workers are much more laid back and so is the managerial team.
Cons
Very little training. They do not explain what to do if you have an error. And when you miscount, they tell you just to write the number down anyway and don't worry about it. Also, some managers will let you "batch" count, while company policy states that is an absolute no-no. One manager was very helpful and took his time to explain the hows and whys of what I was to do. He is the only person who took the time to do so. The morning management team is not appreciative nor offer any feedback. Actually, I did get feedback in the form of the manager yelling at me and the store workers about procedure. Needless to say she was talked about at break time by the store employees.
