Pros
You can leave and come back pretty easily. Flexible hours. Easy job to get. Can be done in conjunction with other jobs. Good people working including low level management.
Cons
If you leave for too long (few months) and try to come back you'll be demoted to lowest level auditor with drastic pay cut depending on where you left off at even though they made leaving and coming back a pro during the group interview. Junior management under a lot lot of pressure from very poor district management so they try any way to cut corners to get the job done. Breaks not given when we're supposed to have them. Job promotion based off of how well you can "cheat" and therefore go faster. Based off of number of counts, but many take advantage of this and take easy, fast areas. Very menial, mind numbing work. Often have to drive far (waste time, gas and money) going places without total compensation for travel. For example, you could drive 30 minutes to a meet site, ride in a van an hour to your destination, work for 3 hours, and do the same thign to get home. You will have been out for 6 hours and only get paid for 3 hours. After an hour on the van you get paid for travel. Very dirty work. Retail stores often covered in dust. Many MANY more cons but I'll leave it at this. Do not get this job unless you are desperate and get out as soon as possible.
