Pros

The actual inventory process can be fun if you are good at math and self-competitive in nature, especially counting large quantity items.

Cons

The culture of this company is horrible! They treat their employees as if they are disposable. They have an extremely high turnover rate for a reason! They keep everyone on part-time to keep them from having to give any type of benefits and it gives them the ability to cut your hours whenever they feel like it. I went from have 35 hours one week to 15 the next. The wear and tear on your car can be extremely expensive as well. Not to mention the gas cost. I had experiences where i worked 2-3 hours at a store when i first started just to be sent home. The store was an hour away from home. After doing the math on the cost I made about 10 dollars take home pay. This is such an unethical way to treat your employees!!

Pros

Just the pay was good

Cons

They don't train you and if you screw up they fire you and then tell you later that they warned you and restrained you when they don't... I got fired the very first week because they said I made to many errors. After they whole week my number was going up. My accuracy was 99% yet I want don't the job right... My advice avoid this company
