Pros
- Great colleagues - Lunch provided once a week, loads of snacks and drinks everyday - Great manager - Loads of opportunity to learn and take ownership on different projects
Cons
It feels like employees are extremely under appreciated by upper management. We're constantly drowning in work. We ask for help, but when we get it, we're slammed with another demo/project to please these new customers. We're expected to train the new hires and juggle the many projects simultaneously. On top of that, we need upper managements approval to complete our review cycle. However, it's always delayed a few months or more. - And there's zero equity offered. CEO has zero plans to go public
