Pros
The pay was somewhat good and the company was located close to my home
Cons
Upper management has absolutely no management skills and cluelessly tries to micromanages the property managers and staff under him. I am speaking mainly of the Chief Operating Officer who is very arrogant and quick to fire good qualified people without reason. Also, anyone approaching 5 years, watch out.
