Loved my co-workers, loved the guests, and enjoy the field itself. I gained valuable experience in crisis, had wonderful mentors, and it helped me on a personal level.

Corporate DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS EMPLOYEES AT ALL! Didn't follow CDC guidelines during Covid, didn't protect the employees, made to work without proper support staff (no nurse or medical staff on shifts) when pepe we're experiencing full blown psychosis and other serious mental health issues and we were unable to provide them their needed medication. It was dangerous! Constant staff shortages, no therapist, no RN, no support from corporate. The way they handled the whole Covid pandemic in relation to protecting their employees was just sad! Not enough proper PPE, they didn't want to properly disinfect when clients and/or staff tested positive for the virus, and they left the employees who were not RN's it doctors, taking care of Covid positive patients. They verbally promised a raise, on a live company wide broadcast, raising our location to what other.lkcations had already been making the whole time, and then took it back later. We never saw it! And they never apologized! Mistakes on payroll, just really bad disorganization.. all starting at the top!
