The US team is super-sharp has a fun office atmosphere. An established company with a start-up mentality. Competitive pay/benefits.

Cons

The work is fast-paced and the technology is ever-changing. It takes an open minded, innovative thinker to be successful which can be challenging for some.

When I was there it was remote because of Covid. It’s not anymore so not really a con.

WFH, flexible schedule, good communication, no micromanagement

Cons

Not many promotion opportunities. Most money and recognition seems to be funneled into sales personnel. Company is NOT queer-friendly.
