Pros

-Premise and mission of software for construction industry is OK, but it's not the next best thing. -Lots of events -Attractive to people looking to make their next career move through "titles" they lure you in with

Cons

-Management seems like it's under authoritarian/direct dictatorship through global CEO (often making jokes about it as well) -Seems as if they give titles very liberally to people without the proper experience and/or leadership -People are afraid to speak up to CEO, often sitting and nodding their heads in "agreement" with whatever he has to say -Direction is given from different sources, no interchangeable medium to act upon, often leaving you very confused in your capacity -Although competent, support and marketing are completely based in China -No real company culture -There's a certification program that exists for the iTWO platform that is not linear and uniform in any way. Quite frankly, the certification program doesn't make much sense outside of training direction. The company isn't Microsoft or Oracle. -General sense of low morale among employees -Very "cliquey" at events -Cultural differentiation causes concern for business directed in America. I don't think upper management takes this into consideration for US market, particularly for current political climate -They are currently hiring people without any software experience who then dictate and direct people who actually have software experience

Pros

Great company. Everyone is really nice and helpful and wants to see you grow and learn.

Cons

When I was there it was remote because of Covid. It’s not anymore so not really a con.

Pros

WFH, flexible schedule, good communication, no micromanagement

Cons

Not many promotion opportunities. Most money and recognition seems to be funneled into sales personnel. Company is NOT queer-friendly.
