Pros

Friends and colleagues who supported each other

Cons

The sales job in this company is a terrible mess. Let me tell you why. 1) There's no clear organizational structure. Well they like to call it "open structure" but it's not helping. The reporting relationships are seriously chaotic and distressing. You report to virtually everybody whose job titles and job roles are unclear. (And they have the gall to tell you that you're the one that simply dont get it). Ridiculous! And those people who you report to dont talk to each other. Politics! Dazed and confused, you then get blamed and then get fired without good cause. 2) The CEO's personality is very much unbecoming of a good leader. He would berate anyone in front of everybody over a petty thing that annoys only him. He has a nasty temper, usually in the morning, and it's affecting the people around him. 3) There's no transparency and the whole thing is smoke and mirrors. It doesn't matter if you're performing well or following orders, but if they don't like you, you're out. It's all based on whims. 4) The travel allowance is very low. They will ask you to go to a faraway country and your allowance is not enough that oftentimes you shoulder the expenses until you end up bankrupt. 5) Their software product is junk and hopefully the investing partners have already realized that. 6) The company is just a whole bunch of disintegrated small subs and they continue to do nonsensical merger and acquisitions around the globe and seemingly endless restructuring. The global leadership is not concerned about the career and job security of their employees. 7) The worst company culture that I've seen. It all boils down to the top management.

Pros

Great company. Everyone is really nice and helpful and wants to see you grow and learn.

Cons

When I was there it was remote because of Covid. It’s not anymore so not really a con.

Pros

WFH, flexible schedule, good communication, no micromanagement

Cons

Not many promotion opportunities. Most money and recognition seems to be funneled into sales personnel. Company is NOT queer-friendly.
