Pros

The culture is amazing and the executive team and partners make you feel like a member of their family. Many team members will go out of their way to see you when visiting the corporate offices and always take interest in how you are personally doing in life rather than just talking about business.

Cons

As the company grows it can become harder to have a personal connection with team members that are in different departments.

Pros

The Maintenance staff treats you with care! No matter what happens, they'll always be there! You never have to worry if something goes astray! Frank and Joshua are here to save the day! With great caring and commitment to this place we call home! You will never ever feel alone! They will always give it their all! And take care of everything - large and small! The kindness and respect they show everybody here! We will always hold in our hearts very dear! It's not just a job to them - it's a calling from the heart! To be compassionate and thoughtful as well as knowledgeable and smart! I just hope that they know they're appreciated and admired by everybody in this place! Their uplifting spirit and presence can never be replaced! So, thank you once more to Frank and Joshua, you mean more to us than we could ever express! Because of you, Rise at Bartram Park is the absolute best!

Pros

This company provided some decent benefits and competitive pay, plus bonuses.

Cons

They proved what other reviewers stated, a sad reputation for undermining best practices and professionalism in the workplace. Advancement is low, especially for women and minorities...just look at their org chart.
