Teaching Assistant - Teaching Assistant RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) Employee Review

Pros

It's easy. You get to build a strong connection with faculty and meet other students. All the professors I've worked with are wonderful.

Cons

Some professors might expect more than others. You have to set firm boundaries on your own work-life balance, or you might have students messaging/emailing you at pretty egregious hours.
