Pros

Rich learning environment, opportunity to interact with and learn from students, and colleagues. I have a fantastic manager who is sensitive to my needs and allows me to follow my passions.

Cons

Not all managers are like my own. There is a push for more publications and research and less emphasis on pragmatic work experience. The institution is in flux.
