Pros

The people you work with in the various departments at RIT are great, working with students is exceptionally rewarding and they really do value student interaction with full-time and part-time staff/faculty.

Cons

Top-level leadership is disconnected with students, faculty and staff issues and make decisions that are not always in the best interest for strategic positioning of the institute or departments within
