Pros

Great benefit especially since It allows for me to do my job as well as work on my design projects.They give a 15 hour period before your shift to post if you will be unable to make it.

Cons

I can't think of any huge issues. The winter time always seems to be the worst for me because if I am more than 5 minutes late getting snow off my car and forgot to call you get a lot of warnings.
