Pros

Working with knowledgeable faculty, I was paid to sit in on interesting courses, assisting professors teach students through demonstrations and project feedback, while gaining hands on experience working with latest technology.

Cons

I have no complaints as an employee, it was a fun opportunity and I learned a lot while passing on knowledge to others.
